Processing & Production Times

Because our items are handcrafted and custom-made, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created and packaged prior to shipment. During major sales, holidays, or live stream drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping applied at checkout (estimated delivery 3–7 business days via USPS after dispatch).

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $45 or more (calculated before taxes and after any applied discounts).

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you catch an error immediately, please email us at hello@pendashery.com and we will update it if your order has not yet shipped.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Pen Dashery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed transit. If your tracking indicates delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local post office.
